Caraline George is the founder of Byron Bay Vedic Meditation, a practice born from her profound personal experience with the transformative power of meditation. After discovering the incredible joy and energy that meditation brought into her life, Caraline was inspired to share these benefits with others, helping them to perform at their best and live with greater ease. Caraline's journey into the world of Vedic sciences began in 2008 when she commenced her studies in the science of Ayurveda in Melbourne. In 2010, she expanded her practice by learning meditation, which opened the door to a rich tradition of Vedic sciences and Himalayan yogic practices that have since become an integral part of her daily life. Caraline is both a perpetual student and a dedicated teacher, continually deepening her understanding of these ancient practices. As a mother, she seamlessly weaves these practices into the fabric of her daily life, embodying the balance and harmony that Vedic meditation and Ayurveda offer in navigating the complexities of modern Motherhood.

Your invited to sit with me and hear a free 1 hour introduction into the technique and benefits. If you'd like to become initiated into the practice the course is 3 days of up to 2 hours knowledge, instruction and practice. You will be a meditator from the day you start.
